📥 Returns & Warranty Policy
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our remanufactured toner cartridges. If a product is defective or not performing to expectations, and it has been installed and used correctly, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not cover issues caused by improper handling, including use with pages that contain staples or excessive leftover toner from old cartridges still inside the printer.
♻️ Recycling Return Program
Send us your used toner cartridges and get rewarded. We accept returns of empty cartridges purchased from us and offer store credit between $1–$2 per unit depending on the quality, quantity, and type.
To participate, include a return request with your next order or contact us directly. Prepaid return labels are available for bulk returns only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
